Weekend Trips/Long Weekend Trips from Bangalore

- "Intimation Period" refers to the number of days before the tour is scheduled to start.
- "Cancellation Fee" is the amount deducted before issuing a refund.
- Cancellation requests are only accepted via email at info@plantheunplanned.com. Calls or WhatsApp messages will not be considered.
- There will be no refund or date change allowed if cancelled on the day before or day of departure—even for work, family, or health-related emergencies.
- If you cancel within 48 hours of departure and wish to postpone your trek, an additional ₹1500 fee applies. Valid for 3 months from the original departure date.
- Refunds, if applicable, will deduct any payment gateway or event listing platform charges.

- No cancellations will be entertained for any reason. Please read the policy before booking.
- No date changes will be allowed once booked.
- However, tickets are transferable to another person if you cannot attend.
- If the event is cancelled by PTU due to low participation, a refund (minus gateway charges) will be issued within 7 days to the original payment method.
Delhi / Himalayan / Backpacking / International Trips

- No refunds or date transfers allowed for last-minute cancellations due to emergencies, health issues, etc.
- You can transfer your ticket to someone else to avoid cancellation losses.
- Tickets cannot be moved to future dates under any circumstances.
Cancellation by Plan The Unplanned (PTU)
- Before the Trek: In case of natural disasters (rainstorms, floods, landslides, earthquakes), political unrest, or forest department orders, a full-value voucher will be issued for future use. No cash refunds.
- During/After the Trek: If the trek is curtailed or abandoned due to safety issues (e.g. weather), no refunds will be issued.
- Low Participation: If we cancel due to insufficient bookings, 96% of your amount will be refunded (after deducting 4% gateway fees).
