We will settle in our places early in the morning and head out for the iconic Z-Point trek after breakfast. We will cover everything today in a jeep. At a distance of 5 km from Kemmanagundi and 67 km from Chikmagalur, Z Point is a mesmerising trekking spot giving you the best views of Chikmagalur. The hike is just 3 km long and starts with a thick forest section. You will come across Shanti Waterfalls midway. Fill your water bottles here, and continue. The difficulty from here is a notch up. Here, you will be crossing narrow paths and steep hills. Z-Point offers incredible views of the western ghats. Post trek, things get a little more adventurous.
We hop into jeeps for an off-road ride along dense forest trails to reach Hebbe Falls — a powerful cascade tucked deep within the forest. Expect a raw, untouched vibe here.
On the way back, we stop at Kallathigiri Falls, a smaller but equally refreshing spot, perfect to just sit back and relax.
By evening, we head back to the homestay.
Hot snacks, chai/coffee, and then comes everyone’s favourite part — the bonfire.
Stories, music, laughter — this is where strangers turn into a group.

We start early — because today is about ticking off something special.
A short drive takes us to the base of Mullayanagiri Peak, the highest point in Karnataka.
The trek here is short but rewarding. As you climb up, the wind gets stronger, the views get wider, and once you reach the top — it’s just you, the clouds, and endless hills stretching into the distance.
📍 Trek Distance: ~2 km
⏱ Duration: 1–1.5 hours
After spending some quiet time at the summit, we head towards Bababudangiri, known for its dramatic landscapes and viewpoints (subject to road conditions).
Next stop — Jhari Falls.
Another jeep ride through muddy trails leads us to this beautiful waterfall, often called the “Buttermilk Falls” for its white cascading water.
We then stop at the popular Siri Cafe, not just for food but for the views — a perfect place to sit, relax, and just take it all in one last time.
Lunch is self-sponsored here or en route.
If time permits, we make a quick cultural stop at the historic Belur Temple, known for its intricate architecture.
And just like that, we begin the journey back.
Some sleep, some silence, some scrolling through photos already — and a lot of “we should plan the next trip soon.”
Reach Bangalore by late night (~10–10:30 PM).
