In order to make this a smooth and enjoyable process for all involved we ask that you read and follow the below guidelines: 

• Prohibited items: For the safety and comfort of all, the use of alcohol, intoxicants, or smoking is not allowed at any point during the journey and trek.
• Environmental responsibility: We follow a strict Leave No Trace policy in accordance with the rules of the Forest Department. While plastic is not allowed, everyone is expected to carry any and all waste back to the base and carefully dispose of it. Together, let’s leave the hills better than we found them.
• Your personal belongings: You are solely responsible for your personal belongings, valuables, and jewelry. Plan The Unplanned is not liable for any lost or damaged items.
• Delays and unforeseen events: While we aim to be on schedule, delays may occur due to traffic or vehicular issues beyond our control. We request your cooperation in case of slight delays in reaching our destination.
• The National Park Fee of 400 THB must be paid separately if you are participating in the Krabi Four Island Tour.
• Private Transfers don't imply that the Vehicle is at your Disposal.  The vehicle will only pick you up and drop you off at the destination at the designated times. Private tours/transfers have a maximum waiting time of 30 minutes from the time of pickup. If you cannot be located at the pickup location within the allotted time, you will be classified as a No Show.
• This trip is executed in collaboration with our trusted travel partner WanderOn, ensuring reliable on-ground logistics and operations. A Plan The Unplanned trip captain will accompany the group only if there are more than 10 PTU travelers in the batch.
• Seat-in-coach (SIC) transfers imply that travelers will be transported in a shared bus with other passengers. You are required to be at the pickup location/hotel lobby at least 5 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. Depending on traffic, the location of the hotel along the route, and the number of other guests to be picked up, you may be required to wait 30 to 45 minutes.
• Five minutes is the maximum waiting time for shared (SIC) pickups. The guide/driver will search for you in the hotel's lobby, concierge area, or room. If there is no response after five minutes, the guide/driver will leave and the reservation will be declared a No Show.
• The pickup times for shared (SIC) transfers are subject to alter (prepone or postpone) dependent on the location of your hotel and the vehicle's route. Any modification will be communicated via Telegram app message.
• Arrivals from China, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, and Thailand must upload a negative RT-PCR test report on the Air Suvidha portal (https://www.newdelhiairport.in/airsuvidha/apho-registration) before departure as of 1st January 2023. The test must be administered within 72 hours of the scheduled trip to India.
• The vehicle provided depends on the number of passengers. More fees will apply if additional vehicles (or larger-capacity vehicles) are required due to extra or oversized luggage carried by passengers.
• Private and shared transfers will incur additional fees if the destination is located outside the city limits. These fees must be paid in cash before boarding the vehicle.
• If you are participating in the Phi Phi Islands Tour, the National Park charge of 400 THB must be paid separately.
• The obligatory National Park Fee of THB 400 per person must be paid directly for the James Bond Island Tour.
• If you are participating in the Phi Phi Islands Tour, the National Park Fee of 400 THB must be paid separately.
• For transfers on a shared basis in Krabi, an open-air local vehicle will be supplied. Van will only be supplied for private transfers.
• For Visa on Arrival, you must have one passport-sized photograph (4 x 6 cm) with you.
• Six-month passport validity is required at the time of the trip.
• Valid Airline Ticket and Accommodation Verification
• A minimum of 10,000 THB per individual or 20,000 THB per family is required. You may be required to present this amount in cash or on a foreign currency card at immigration or while obtaining a visa upon arrival. Credit card and bank deposits are not accepted.
• The visa application fee is THB 2,000 per applicant (Free till April 2020). If you want an express visa, you may be charged an additional THB 200 per person.
• Requests to alter the pickup time for private tours/transfers must be requested via the Telegram app at least 24 hours in advance. Any request for adjustments at the eleventh hour would not be considered.
• If your flights include multiple airlines, you may be required to collect your luggage upon arrival at the connecting hub and re-register it while checking in for the return trip to your origin.
• At check-in time, your hotel may request a prepayment or security deposit (the amount depends upon hotel policy). This fee is reimbursed at the time of departure, less the cost of mini-bar products or other expenses (like late check-out or any damages done to the accommodation).
• Unless otherwise specified, tickets to attractions, museums, trains, cable cars, ferries, rides, safari, etc. are not included.
• Please consult our Cancellation Policy for questions regarding cancellations and refunds.
• We have the right to give a complete refund if, for technical reasons, we are unable to provide the services.
• The cost and tickets issued for various attractions for any traveling children are determined by the age specified at the time the package quote is generated. If the service provider decides to charge additional fees based on the height of the children or incorrect information on the Passport, then the consumer must pay those fees on the spot.
• Please ensure that all guests' passports are valid for at least six months after the date of travel.
• We are solely able to support visa applications for travelers. Visa issuance is totally at the discretion of the Embassy. If a visa is denied or delayed by the Embassy for any reason, we are not obligated to issue a refund, and cancellation policies will apply.
